Return & Refund Policy

At Scoring Season, all items are made-to-order and sold on a pre-order basis. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is an issue with the item received.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review your request, we will work with you to provide a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Final Sale

All purchases are final sale unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
